Where do the performances take place?
Our performances take place either at the TQW Studios or in Halle G at MuseumsQuartier. From October to April, most performances are held in Halle G, while from May to June the TQW Studios are mainly used.
Ticket prices vary depending on the venue. You can find all information about our prices & discounts here.

Are the workshops only for professionals?
No, our dance workshops are open to everyone who loves to dance – whether beginner or professional!
To make sure everyone finds the right fit, all workshops & classes are labeled by level. Please assess your skills realistically.
For example, workshops & classes marked “Advanced” are specifically designed for professional dancers with completed dance training.
You’ll find a description of all levels in the next question. -
Which workshop & class level is right for me?
Our workshops and classes are divided into five different levels: Easy, All Levels, Intermediate, Advanced, and Artistic Professionals.
- Easy:
For anyone who is new to dance or wants to move without any pressure. The focus is on having fun and enjoying movement.
- All Levels:
Open to everyone – from beginners to professionals. The workshops are offered at different levels of difficulty so that everyone can participate at their own level.
- Intermediate:
For anyone who already has some dance experience and knows basic techniques.
- Advanced:
Exclusively for professional dancers and performers who have completed dance training.
- Artistic Professionals:
For artists from all disciplines who want to expand their creative potential.
- Easy:

Is it possible to book single day tickets for multi-day workshops?
All workshops with the tag "Workshop" (and not "Class) can only be booked as a full package for all days via our webshop. For some multi-day workshops, however, it is possible to attend on selected days.
Day tickets are only available at the box office in the TQW Studios – they cannot be purchased online. -
Where can I buy tickets for workshops and performances?
Tickets for workshops/classes and performances are available both in our web shop and—depending on availability—at the box office on the day or evening of the event.
If you book workshops or classes directly at the TQW Studios, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
Individual tickets for multi-day workshops are only available on site at the box office in the TQW Studios.
10- and 20-session blocks as well as the TQW Card Pro and TQW Card Pro All-in can also only be purchased at the box office in the TQW Studios.

What is the TQW Card Pro/TQW Card Pro-All in and who is it for?
With the TQW Card Pro & TQW Card Pro-All, professional dance and performance artists receive discounts on workshops/classes and the performance program. To register, please send appropriate proof of eligibility to training@tqw.at.

With the TQW Card Pro, you get workshops and classes at discounted prices (marked with *) as well as discounts on our performance program. Available for either one month or one year. - TQW Card Pro All-in
The TQW Card Pro All-in includes free admission to all workshops and classes as well as discounts on our performance program. Available for either one month, six months, or one year.

Are the TQW Studios and Halle G wheelchair accessible?
Yes, TQW Studios and Halle G are wheelchair accessible!
- Halle G at MQ: Elevator, coat check, wheelchair-accessible restroom.
- TQW Studios: Elevator, wheelchair-accessible restroom, platform stair lift to Studio 1 (Ganser, type GTL 20, maximum load 225 kg).
