In this ninety-minute class, we take time to slow down and bring our attention to sensory perception and bodily experience. With curiosity and playfulness, we explore what is happening in the body, without judgment and without a goal to achieve.

After a day in which attention is often directed outward and toward thinking, we return to listening and observing from within. We tune into sensations such as breath, weight, contact with the floor, tension, and release. From this attentive state, movement can emerge naturally and in a personal way.

During this process, images may arise in the imagination, triggered by physical sensations. These images can, in turn, influence how the body moves or feels. In this way, an open exchange unfolds between perception, imagination, and movement.

The process is guided by simple, clear instructions. There is space to explore, to follow, and to let things happen. The class invites reconnection with the body as a source of attention, movement, and presence – accessible to everyone, with or without prior experience.
