The topic of menopause still seems to be surrounded by silence; therefore, a lack of information remains.
Given the importance of the body in the performance scene, this evening addresses questions about empowerment and education. What happens to bodies during menopause? How is it dealt with on stage? How can a safe environment be created and supported? The panel discussion brings together an artist and a psychologist/psychotherapist to propose informative perspectives on menopause and challenge taboos.

Artist Bio
Grischka Voss
lives and works as an author, actress and director in Vienna. She sees herself as a storyteller with strong social concerns. In 2023, she approached the topic of menopause with a lot of humour, facts, and a positive perspective in her solo piece F*ING HOT.Sandra Tschöpe
is a qualified psychologist and behavioural therapist with her own private practice in Hamburg. She also runs an online practice specifically aimed at women* over 40. With MyMenoMind®, she has developed a concept designed to reduce menopausal symptoms and support the mental health of women* in midlife. She aims to help women* improve their mental health and well-being independently and sustainably. -
