Thread(form)s of Becoming

The workshop expands on the class, offering more time and depth for explorations that cultivate the layering of movement and attentive sensuality. Drawing on elements of Continuum, Contact Improvisation, and basic neurological patterns, the participants will be guided by human anatomy, inviting them to engage their imaginative capacities. Touch and body contact will be offered as proposals for togetherness, allowing weight to be shared and received through essential structures. In this workshop, participants are invited to attune to the unfolding possibilities of their own and each other’s movements, discovering a multiplicity of somatic fluencies.
