NICOLA SCHÖSSLER

RE-ACT – F. M. Alexander-Technik

Based on the somatic practice of the Alexander Technique, this weekly morning class will explore our own psychophysical reactions to various circumstances and situations.

The principles of the technique will be applied in order to help us move closer to letting go, flow, and non-doing in everything we do. Gradually, you become less “reactive”, have more choices, and can react more appropriately – in improvisation and performance and in daily life. Balance, a freer breath, and a feeling of lightness can be further effects of this work.
