JACKSON CARROLL

Relax Friday: Ballet Techniques

©

© Florian Moshammer

A standardly structured ballet class for intermediate students. In this class, we will take time to discuss positions, coordinations, and postures, give tips on how to perform familiar steps from the ballet repertoire effectively while also seeking to maintain a pleasurable flow. Starting from barre, then moving to centre, all the way to jumps, I seek to guide you safely along the ballet class structure to find your own voice within this language. This class is a safe space for students with some previous knowledge of ballet, looking to refine their practice under the guidance of an encouraging, light-hearted teacher.
