This class focuses on dynamic phrasing, full-body movement, and fluid floorwork. We travel through space using shifts in rhythm, quality, and direction, building awareness and musicality. Each session introduces a new phrase adapted to the participants’ levels. After learning it, dancers deconstruct and reinterpret the material through changes in speed, direction and dynamics, gaining ownership of the movement language.

Artist Bio
Estefania Dondi
is an award-winning performer from Costa Rica, having received the National Award in 2014. She has danced with companies such as Colectivo Cla, Anton Lacky, and Jimmy Ortiz, among others. Estefania teaches contemporary dance and improvisation at international festivals, including Deltebre Dansa and Atlas, as well as various other events around the world. Her solo works, which are rooted in improvisation, have toured throughout Europe and Latin America. A graduate of SEAD, she has also trained in ballet, gymnastics, and Pilates.
