The symposium focuses on scenes of destruction, violence and disintegration, looking for forms of agency that may arise amid experiences of losing one’s sense of self and forms of resistance that become possible when we free ourselves from false promises of fixing, healing, wholeness, and harmonizing fantasies.

With contributions by Simone Aughterlony, Lou Drago, Danny Hayward, Hannah Proctor, Basyma Saad. Moderation: Joshua Wicke
