The session will begin with a showcase by the dance collective Celestials, presenting movement material developed over the past six months under the guidance of Sofiia Matsevko. The performance combines elements of contemporary fusion, improvisation, and collective composition, reflecting the group’s shared artistic process and creative development.

After the showcase, everyone is invited to join an improvisation workshop with live music, exploring the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and movement. Through guided improvisation and creative exercises, the workshop investigates how thoughts and inner states influence the body and the quality of movement – and how movement itself can transform perception, emotions, and mental states.

The practice encourages body awareness, presence, creativity, and freedom of expression in an open and supportive environment, welcoming participants with different movement backgrounds.
