The focus of this class lies in anatomically sound execution, spatial clarity, musicality, and the use of personal imagery—grounded in fundamental biomechanics. Technique is not an end in itself but a pathway: it organizes the body, sharpens awareness, and reveals each dancer’s logic of movement. The aim of the class is to create an environment where dancers can explore and expand their potential with self-responsibility and imagination — a space where movement is precise but not confined by textbook ideals, and embodied knowledge meets artistic agency.

Artist Bio
Saskia Tindle
trained at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and worked as a classical dancer in Germany and Portugal. She teaches ballet with an interdisciplinary approach, holds the ZAM Certificate in Dance Medicine (ta.med), an MAS, and an MSc in Dance Science. She is currently pursuing an MA in Pedagogy at the Palucca University. Her interests include imagery, somatic authority, and creativity in ballet training. saskia-tindle.com
