JACKSON CARROLL

Ballet Fundamentals

©

© Florian Moshammer

In this one-hour-long, early morning class, we will discuss, examine, and practice the fundamentals of ballet technique. Focusing on function and efficiency, and perhaps adding a finishing touch of style, this deep dive into the mechanics of ballet is for anyone interested in refining their understanding of basic ballet technique. We will take time to give more individual corrections to each student, and strive to answer any questions they may have, while collectively fine-tuning our ballet practices and our understanding of its purpose.
